Prusti Bhatt/Dave - 2018 - current
Masters of Computer Applications Degree from Gujarat Technological University (3+3), Certification in Predictive Analytics : University of California, UX Immersive Designe Trac, Thinkful. Ms. Dave is among Ms. Hetal's batch of IT interns in Hetal's own IT company. Prushti got her hands-onn intern trainings for simple online applications to complex non-dance related technical matters to apply her degree knowledge in practical world. Prushti started her consultations with Ms. Hetal when she was in USA/Dallas Texas few years back in 2018 and then moved to Australia and then again moved back to USA. Prushti then started her PAID internships from June 2019 directly under Ms. Hetal. From January 2020 in Dallas Texas USA office, Prushti is an independent consultant at Anantha Information System which is also one of our service providers from few years now.
In 2022, Prushti moved to Hetal.com as Hetal took back her IT company from the merger. Prushti travels to Dallas, as required and is now a resident of California. Other non IT work such as grace and grooves admin work and track inventory management by task/projects.

Jinal Shah/Mehta - August 2018 - current
Master in Media & Mass Communications w/Journalism that fits 10 brands of performing arts, IT company and 2 other bulk services. Jinal is pursuing last year PHD. Jinal is 2nd generation of Ms. Hetal & Darpana Academy performing arts' graduates'. Born in Australia and raised in London and from 2003 in Kansas and moved to DFW, Texas, now a Citizen working in security field. Jinal connected to Ms. Hetal via Star TV network project first time in India and since then all the social media and blog management that you see today was initially planned & setup by Ms. Jaimini Raval/Vyas (USA, Dubai/UAE & India) and Ms. Jinal's former company (USA, UAE, UK, Australia, India) in 2014-2015.
Jinal refuses to work for anybody else or under any other leadership and in 2022, Jinal moved all her work under www.hetaln.com instead! Jinal's own family/kids are also in various dance-trainings with Ms. Hetal. From Jan 15, 2023. Ms. Jinal took over all the media and communications of Ms. Hetal for back office and social media backoffice work with news and media publishing. More about Jinal.

Reema Patel - March 20, 2025 - current.
Ms. Reema holds a degree from H.L. College, Ahmedabad, and has actively contributed to various design initiatives for youth clubs and college programs in India.
A trained Sattriya and Mohiniattam dancer, she is also a private package hybrid student at Hetal Nagaraj Dance-International, specializing in Indian Folk Dances.
She launched her first boutique in Ahmedabad and Baroda with support from NIFT associates and currently runs an online boutique with over 2 million subscribers, along with physical locations in London and Ahmedabad. Since 2013, her content has been managed by Reachh Mediaa.
As a third-generation Global NRI, she frequently visits the U.S. and has been representing Grace and Grooves in performances and modeling assignments in Los Angeles since 2018 through Reachh Mediaa Programs.
Ms. Reema brings expertise across more than eight fields, establishing herself as a dynamic and accomplished professional in fashion, dance, and entrepreneurship.

Ms. Hetal's independence and professional outlook evolved significantly during her early career. Her first IT project, secured during the final year of her diploma, marked a pivotal turning point in launching her freelance career was because of Nagaraj. It was huge success.
Ms. Hetal was honored by over 800 community members at a South Indian wedding celebration, where she was recognized in traditional Gujarati attire as a symbol of cultural respect and admiration. She is widely regarded as a role model in the fields of business, success, and education, known for promoting the value of knowledge, training, and entrepreneurship.
Admired for her leadership, business acumen, and dedication to service, she has received community recognition, including philanthropic gestures made in her honor. Her ventures are often supported by those who value her vision and professionalism. Ms. Hetal operates independently in all her professional engagements, maintaining direct communication and control over her initiatives.
Mukta Agarwal - 2025 to current
Rooted in Rajasthan with Jaipur as her home, Ms. Hetal is set to collaborate with Ms. Mukta, a fourth-generation professional from a distinguished legacy in the wholesale textile, clothing, and apparel industry. Their early academic connection began in Ahmedabad and evolved through shared initiatives at L J Commerce College, where they led fundraising projects for fabrics, costumes, and youth programs at organizations like YMCA and Karnavati Family Resorts.
Ms. Mukta went on to become a Chartered Accountant and joined her family businesses, while Ms. Hetal pursued higher education through IIM/CAT and earned a master’s degree, later establishing herself in IT ventures. With established networks across the USA, India, and Canada, they officially formalized a professional collaboration in 2025 to manage segments of Ms. Hetal’s ventures in India and parts of Canada.
This partnership leverages Ms. Mukta’s expertise across five or more sectors and her strong professional background in legacy-driven industries, marking a significant strategic expansion in Ms. Hetal’s business initiatives.

The Shah and Patel families, part of the sixth generation of NRIs in the USA, have established a longstanding presence of over five decades. With strong roots in the performing arts and diverse professional fields, members of both families have actively contributed to cultural and academic initiatives in the U.S. and India.
Hetal Shah is currently completing training in Indian Folk Dance, Bharatanatyam, and Drama/Theatre. She also made a notable career transition from medicine to IT and under the guidance of Ms. Hetal Joshi on various professional projects.
Her exposure to the salon and skincare industry during her early years later inspired Ms. Hetal Joshi to pursue specializations in clinical beauty treatments.
Members of these families have moved across the U.S., contributing to fields such as healthcare, IT, education, and business. Several members have sought academic guidance and professional consulting, including transitions to specialized university programs and client services in medical and clinical domains. Ms. Hetal Joshi continues to consult with professionals across these networks, particularly in salon specialties and healthcare-related initiatives.
In 2025, key members of both families began formally collaborating with Ms. Hetal Joshi in their respective fields, spanning over 14 sectors, contributing to a wide-reaching and multidisciplinary network.

The Pandya brothers, scholars from India, relocated to the DFW Metroplex, Texas, for their graduate studies at UTD and SMU, specializing in fields such as Engineering, Cybersecurity, Security & Compliance, Telecommunications, and Aerospace Engineering. Their academic paths aligned with Ms. Hetal's professional domains.
They have been actively involved with The Grace Effects brand, particularly in photography and videography. From 2017 to 2018, they contributed exclusively to in-house production work for Grace and Grooves, delivering high-definition recordings of live dance and drama performances. Their work was solely focused on master file creation and archival for company purposes.
In 2023, they transitioned to California to pursue their respective careers. Their collaboration with Ms. Hetal expanded into technical and cybersecurity support, including assistance during the 2022–2023 fraud incidents. Leveraging Ms. Hetal’s automation infrastructure and internal systems, they played a role in identifying online security breaches, helping to recover digital assets and account access for her clients and companies. Despite some losses, Ms. Hetal was able to restore most of the affected systems and later upgraded the automation infrastructure across her ventures in 2024–2025, including AI-based tools and applications.
The Pandya team is expected to take on a role in managing the new infrastructure alongside Ms. Prushti Dave once deployment is complete, as they are well-versed in Ms. Hetal’s technical environment and operational standards.
