Hetal relaunched her ownself in 2004 through Reachh Mediaa and established their brand in USA that led to its registration in 2013.
Hetal continues to do all activities in performing arts (in USA) not only as planner, main instructor, supervisor, coordinator, director, producer, costume designer, costumer manufacturer/bulk/wholesale, cinematographer, Prop/set designer and manufacturer, combat, stunt planner (and yes, hetal does her own stunts in dances as well), collab with brands for series of projects and main dancer but also as crew member/team dancer for various commercial projects in USA. Hetal never partners for 1 project(or below 5000$) as the efforts involved are extremely high level of planning, safety/permits or licenses(thats in 100s of $$), competance & accountability. Hetal has always been independent in this field.
In 2011, Hetal established own company www.graceandgrooves.com to achieve own vision and goals.

****We have not entered 100% non-traditional commercial performances/gigs/dance productions as many as traditional ones as it was planned with a lineup in shoots/model/non traditional dance in 2021 and then because of 2 frauds back to back and the delays, hetal lost several big budget projects.Hetal got busy to clear all the fraud mess until 2024.
Prior to 2021, Hetal has successfully delivered 6 commercial private music album gigs(with full set delivery) as well in commercial bollywood and hiphop for various artist but that's different (as its non-stage).

Fun facts -
2010-2013, Hetal was in event management partnership for non indian weddings & large corporate festive events/programs with own neighbors/non indians/semi indians itself. Hetal receded from partnerships and sold her partnership to somebody because it was taking away Hetal's entire weekends. Some events lasted for 2-3 days that took early mornings, late nights & awkward hours for all the decors w/venues in suburbs/outskirts of cities. That time Hetal's kids were young with activities so hetal exited on a good note with a fair share of her own partnership directly sold to a good friend! Hetal has an open door there as well.
However, hetal continued selling props, production ready made DIY sets, sample production costumes and such decors, by order. These are prefab made in USA and are extremely light weight, safe for any ages and are dye free/safe colors/fire safe & chemical free. If there is a bulk order then custom samples are made in USA in Hetal's little workshop room which hetal plans to expand. Hetal loves working on metals, fabrics, textiles, ply-boards, gem stones, paintings for all these decors. Do not be surprised if you see new prop larger than the life! Hetal loves making them.
Thus, E Commerce site was first made in 2012-2013 by Lu Nguyen on www.graceandgrooves.com under the direction of Hetal Nagaraj for easy bookings. Clients could book directly whatever they like. Sample designs to start with. Brand was launched successfully seperately as an E Commerce wholesale brand itself online with a catalog in commercial costumes, props and such other commercial performing arts bulk purchases. In person consultations were also held seperately other than online bookings for custom design of entire production.

Now it's functional to wholesale internal brand (from scratch other than economy or recycled clothing as well) as we are starting our own fresh retail in 2025-2026.

The influence of educational/institutional/organizational performing arts with established infrastructure was stronger in my environment/family. The side of family where traditional art forms and LIVE stage shows have more value and respect as compared to just a contribution to entertainment industry. My other side / half of family in the entertainment big screen and show businesses, a few with their own musical LIVE bands too.

In my high school years, I struggled with time management. Life was very early to me. That made me realize that in future, I wanted to have a life that I can control with a schedule in multiple fields. Education & Fields comes to me like a piece of cake. yes, we are very successful in our educational fields as well and so I never felt the need for any auditions. Also, back then in movies, the dances and performing arts were way too basic for a skilled dancer or were often side roles.

My performing arts field dominates because I started early at the age of 13 in this field in a dance drama by contract. By the time I started my formal education after 12th grade, I was established in performing arts with institutional gigs and my first batch graduated under me at 19. It was always part time until 2019. This allowed me to succeed in other fields.
- By 19, i was independent with business partnerships in 3 fields and so it was not really ok to me to do any audition. I questioned myself, why will I go for auditions with my own capacity to do it all. As a business woman too, I had consistent returns in performing arts with the type of success & my skills/expertise that I have. Back then in movies, women did not have main roles or use of performing arts as dance was literally none.
- As a skilled dancer who was/is getting paid per show or by dance and all the other gigs, I found it more exciting to do LIVE shows than just movie life that was introduced to me by my family with lighted paths.
